Assertiveness

Sign up for this course to increase your assertiveness levels. This section includes an interview with a subject matter expert who will emphasise the importance of these skills in your work. Following that, you will be presented with useful information in the form of infographics, videos, and animations. Quizzes and other interactive exercises will be used to assess and further consolidate the acquired knowledge. You will also be able to look through a "box of ideas" for common work scenarios from your job.
